You say you saw her throw one of her notorious elbow shots at the Detroit assistant coach? When did this happen, was it after she was shoved by the asst. coach or before?
You say Parker wasn't innocent in her actions? I was watching last night too and I didn't see Candace do anything until she was run over by that Detroit player. It didn't show it in the replay but after that player ran over Candace I heard Candace grabbed the player, pulled her down and punched her. What's wrong with that, is Candace just supposed to smile, lay there and see what the player who ran over her does next? I think not, if Candace punched the player, she was right in doing it, it's called self-defense. |

| Women's teams at alot of schools don't ruin the school's economy. Look at the thread with Forbe's list and you'll see that the schools on that list still profit.
For instance, UT profits $33 million a year, and there were 6-7 schools ahead of that mark.
What I want to know is what UT does with said profit? Do they roll it into stocks/bonds/savings or do they reinvest it in the community or roll it into next year's budget? If I were their financing guy, they'd have alot more than $33 million profit by the time 365 days rolled by... |

Womens professional sports are kind of ridiculous, who wants to watch a worse version of what the men are playing? The only time I'll ever watch a womens professional sport is if the teams out there are naked. Just tell me, what's the point? Title IX is stupid. |

That was just football. |

Sorry, but if women's professional basketball were played naked, I'd get rid of cable. Maybe throw out my televisions just to avoid the risk that I might accidentally have my retinas burned out during the sports section of the local news. I'd sure as hell never wander into a sports bar. Gawd knows what they are going to have on the tvs in there. |

If I wanted to see girls play sports naked I'd just watch porn. The competition might not be that good by by god the women would look better |

If you honestly believe that a female college sport would not get funding without men's athletics that's fine with me. How does any college without successful sports teams fund any of their programs? Boosters, taxes, fees..... |

You guys are pretty quick to criticize unattractive women. I wonder how attractive most women would think you guys are? I guess I keep forgetting that the only time it's impressive when a woman does something athletic is when she is naked! God, how silly of me! |
