I always think that when a good bunch of seniors leave but coach pat will always have her team ready... but i agree... i think its gonna be interesting what she can do with 5 fresh AA's... like the mens side i wonder who the PG will be to step up...

Summitt's Point Guard recruiting...

has been very spotty over the last 10 years. Look at Bobbitt--a stopgap junior college transfer because Summitt didn't have anybody else. Next year's team will be very inexperienced, especially at guard.

yes, Cait will be more than ready. Even though she red-shirted this season, she still worked out with the team, and ran offensive drills.

I'm not as much worried about talent as I am injuries. We should be loaded at every position other than PG but we will have 3 capable bodies. 2 of those, though, have had knee issues.

Every 2/4 years or so is always scary because we usually load up and ride it til they graduate. I was worried what they'd do after Zolman and co. left, but obviously they were ready to step up. Same this year. I think they'll be fine...maybe not National Champs again, but it's not out of the realm of possibility.

They will be fine, might have more losses than usual, however I am sure 95% of the other schools out there would love to be in our situation "rebuilding with that kind of talent". Just imagine how explosive this team will be in two years?

I agree, did we not win the NC with ten losses once?
By the way weren't the "Meeks" cutting down nets as freshmen? All I'm saying is with the class coming in, do not count them out

I can understand the worry since CPS has had so much trouble getting past the Sweet 16.
