How can anyone profess to be a University of Tennessee sports fan and not follow/support the Lady Vols Basketball Team with their tradition and winning ways?

Totally agree, I have asked this same question a million times.

One of the greatest coaches of all time...7 National Championships...I dont care for women's basketball but you have to respect the program.

If only our other teams could be half of what the Lady Vols are.

PS....Good Luck Candace.

She'd be gone anyway. She'd be crazy to stick around. That knee is a ticking timebomb and she has to know that. She has to go for the dollars while they're available to her, because when that knee blows out again, modern medicine might not be able to fix it again.

I wonder if Ralph Sampson ever wishes he'd taken Red Auerbach's advice and went pro after his freshman season? How much more could he have made if he'd not wasted three prime seasons of a short career playing for free?

Considering she almost had a serious injury a while back, can't blame her.

I heard this today also. Maybe next season the team will step up. There's going to be alot of freshman though. I was hoping Parker would stay one more season.

I mean think about it she probably would have stayed if he was still in Atlanta and taken her chances next year in the draft and maybe Atlanta or Chicago would have gotten the top pick but I think when he got traded she made up her mind

Co-Sign....especially if she and Team USA does well in the olympics...the endorsement money from that alone will set her up really nice if she invest properly.

The morons on the radio here in minnesota actually clowned Candace on this decision. The national media handled her decision with class, and the morning zoo aka sports talk goofs here made it seem as if Candace announced that she was trying out for the sorry ass Timberwolves or something. They were so obnoxious, I had to turn away to the national radio guys at Fox for the day.

What do these radio guys know about here in Minnesota anyway? They trade away their best players to Boston from all their teams. KG, Randy, and Big Papi All to Boston. They haven't got a clue. I Listen to Rome!
