As I've said before, they just need to continue to improve. Last nights game was not an aberration but an indicator of what they are when they are focused and execute the game plan. Just need to ensure consistency in the approach and bring that Lady Vol mindset and swagger.

Glad the LVs are back home in TBA. If they do hit a lull, the home crowd can pump them up.

got a question for you Coach Jumper,why are the Lady Vols coming on strong at the end of each season ?

beats me why :) but they seem to come together late in the season

people scuff at the idea of an Elite 8,but that is pretty damn good

of course my goal for the team every year is to make the Tournament first and then worry about the Sweet 16

and go from there

My thoughts,
Its not the end of the season,

its the beginning of another aspect of the season... Win or go home!, basketball

Each game they play now, gives them a shot at an impossibility, at least, at the front of this season.

There is little need of motivation to bring out your best, when the stakes for each game are so high.

Right now the staff has caught back up to the team. As long as both stay on the same incline, this thing can get done.


Re where I see us.
National Champion.

The door is at its widest its been in years.
UCONN can be challenged.
We are loaded with talent right now. We are healthy for the run.

IMO this is a perfect opportunity to walk in and take our trophy back.

I read where this is the 30th season in UT's arena. It does not seem that long ago that Stokley was the venue and Don DeVoe was campaigning to build a new arena. My, how time fly's.
