Totally agree.....that was a Pat Summitt type win....she could almost will them to win and it felt like she did that yesterday against Notre Dame. : )

Opposing fans used to tell us that having Pat on the bench was worth an extra 20 pts to the Lady Vols. And I think it was Marciniak who said if there's a ring in you, she'll get it out of you. She was first and foremost a leader that people willingly, enthusiastically followed. It's a rare person that can inspire others like that.

I think the results of this game showed the players what is possible if they ALL, at one time, get laser-focused and give every bit of effort and sweat, without worrying about anything else.

Also a good lesson on how important the crowd can be.

And, it seemed like to me, Holly loosened up and called timeouts and made smart substitutions.
