I've been watching old LV games on YouTube and currently have the 2001 UConn game in Knoxville on in the background. This was the only win the team had while Taurasi played. There is an awful lot of talent on that floor from both teams. This game was played at such a high level. Given the struggles of the past few years I had forgotten how good this team was. The 01 team ran out of gas and got defeated by a very good Xavier team.
There are several games on YouTube to watch and I plan to spend some time this week checking them out. There are a lot of good memories that go with these contests.
