Wouldn't be a TV thread without Vol fans slagging on Burke. Maybe if UT become relevant again as a program, Burke would say nicer things about our play. I always get a kick out of televised games because you can count the seconds, after the game as started, until the diehards start posting dopey complaints about the announcers. Happens every game!

As for Catchings, nice to have her as an analyst. We'll see whether she's good or not. TV sports networks and sports-talk radio shows are always hiring former athletes, former stars, as analysts, and a lot of them are bad. You need to be articulate and offer good insights that the average fan might not notice. That's the idea. And I want candor, too. The former Vol who does some of the UT games--I forget her name--is not bad and getting better.
