Thanks for posting this. Regarding rebounding, when I was coming up many years ago there were two theories about rebounding. Theory number one was you had to box out your man, or as it was called when I played you had to screen out your man. The theory that took hold later was that you didn't bother so much with boxing out your man you just went and got the ball.

Some of what I see happening with the Lady Vols is that they are ignoring Theory number two, that is nobody is going to get the ball. I see one or two or three players boxing out a defender, then they all just stand there and watch the ball. At some point in time when you are rebounding you have to go get the ball. The Lady Vols right now need to get better at that.
