What year did the Lady Vols last have a losing record at season's end?''Think it is highly possible we have one this year.

Never. Pat never had a losing season at UT and so far, Holly has kept that record alive.

Her goal to not have a losing season don't get it for lady vols.
She spends more time pulling her pants up and whistling than she does coaching.

Then I guess Pat spent more time glaring and squatting like she was pissing in the cow field than she did coaching...? Every coach has their mannerisms, as I'm sure you do, too.

2015-16 season saw the Lady Vols set several team lows since they've been in the NCAA (1981-82 - present):

Most losses in a season (14)
Fewest wins in a season (22, tied with 1981-82, 1984-85 and 2008-09 team)
Lowest place finish in conference (7th)
Most SEC losses in a season (8)
Lowest win percentage in conference play (.500, tied with 1984-85 team)
Lowest overall win percentage (.611)

EDITED TO ADD THE 2008-09 TEAM ALSO ONLY WON 22 GAMES.

I hope the "powers that be" will read this!
