Tennessee women's recruiting has had to respond to concerns on the importance of women's sports and of staff who have left the university because of allegations. I've wondered whether parents and young women are effected by such news.

The article below relates to Baylor and a woman who was told she was terminated for doing her job too well.

Ex-BU Title IX coordinator rejects confidentiality agreement, quits

She wasn't terminated for doing her job too well. She asked for 2 million and they only could give her 1.5 mill.
It is a conditional blackmail .. what Baylor did is horrible but she alsow as willing to keep quiet on this for money ..not much ethical there

"Crawford’s attorney countered the school’s offer with a request for a total of $2 million, which school officials rejected, the source said."
