I recorded the LV game and looked at the Texas A&M vs. Duke game. McCallie has all this talent and has a difficult time beating the top 25 teams. She appears to be a very good recruiter but have some coaching issues. It is a mystery how she can convince top talent to choose Duke.

It's not a mystery to me. A degree from Duke sells itself. A free ride to one of the premier universities in the U.S. while playing for an upper tier program is hard for a lot of players to pass up, and understandably so. In the college academics department, McCallie can offer something that Holly can't come close to.
