Did Diamond get hurt against Italy? No playing time the last two games....

I think she injured it in practice before the games. Then she played a little in the Italy game was in a walking boot next game. I don't expect to see her in action anymore in this tourney. Hopefully on the Italy tour she will be ready to go.

Stop it. Not funny. Dammitttt. Sorry to be sensitive but the Tennessee athletic program needs to make a comeback this year in the worse way.

After the string of freakin' crazy injuries UT has suffered from in recent years, this is no issue to joke about. Hell, Vicky Baugh was an All America talent who basically had only one decent year on the court because of her knee issues. We lose Russell last year, who would have made a huge difference if she could have played alongside Izzy. Let's hope for good mojo going forward.

OMG the things Holly that could've done with her if she was healthy.. OMG Jannah was so swift and strong with a nice shot she would've been a prolific perimeter defender.. She's like Amber Grey, a prize recruit that we never got to use

Tucker. ranked #8 in her class coming out of high school I believe she was Holly first commit. could have easily been number 1 or 2 in scoring if she was 100% healthy, but you knew that!!!!!!

I know who she is, but she is old news and she never played a down for the Lady Vols. She is now completely irrelevant to the team.

I don't know why Tucker WASN'T healthy. She hurt her knee and had it fixed. It's not like she's the first player to suffer a knee injury, unless it was a particularly serious injury. She should have been good to go. Between her various problems and Russell and her feet, and the strange concussion injuries in back-to-back years, and then Izzy....we're due a stretch of good health.

She tore it in HS and wasn't under the careful watch of the Tennessee medical staff during rehab. God knows if she did proper rehab with all of the other stuff that was going on in her life.

The Tucker dream for us is over...Seems to be a really nice young lady that fell in love with the wrong guy....Her basketball future is as shaky as a person that has had to much caffeine. Time to let this one go fellas.

We're all hoping DeShields recovers 100% from her injury and is ready to go for the Italy Tour.

I think it was let go when Meme Jackson committed to Tenn, That is a lot of speed and athleticism on the perimeter

But will she be able to shoot and score under pressure, in an NCAA game? Nobody else on the Vols can--ouch! The truth hurts. We need clutch players--haven't had them in a while.

The stats I saw showed she wasn't a very good shooter in high school. Who knows how accurate they are or whether they reflect her true skill level but since everyone who has seen her is describing her as a defensive specialist and athletic I would say that is code for indicating she can't shoot all that well.

Of course the defensive stats I saw for her weren't all that great either. Some of the better shooters on her team had more steals IIRC. We don't know what her role was on the team so we will have to wait until we see her with our own eyes. But my guess is she will be the typical, overly raw but really athletic player we get like Jasmine Jones who will need a lot of development to not be a liability in certain aspects of the game. Let's hope she surprises us and is less raw than who we usually recruit for our defensive stopper role.
