| That was an awesome piece on Pat and it made me swell with pride that she was apart of UT for so long and did her job with such class and grace. |

| Pat is the same in person in real life as what you see on the TV and on the court. She is the real deal. Tough, determined, caring, fun, inspirational - simply a great leader and person. The tribute and award were really important and moving. |

| Not only has she had six miscarriages, she overcame breast cancer, has rumatoid arthritis, had shoulder surgery after her run in with the racoons and now has early onset dementia. SMDH. She just keeps on keeping on. |

SMDH. She just keeps on keeping on. | She is one tough lady. However, I don't think she has had breast cancer because we haven't heard anything about that to this point...unless you know something the general public doesn't. She will keep on keeping on! God Bless Pat Summitt! |

God Bless Pat Summitt! | I read it in an article by Sally Jenkins back when she announced her illness. I mis read it. When Sally was talking about Summitt fighting cancer she was speaking of Summitt figihting against it in the sense of supporting her friend Kay Yow, several players who have gone through it and raising money. Sorry for the wrong statement. Thanks for the correction.
