Lady Vols Softball cards set
Was wondering if anyone on here has the full set -- could post the picutures of them -- would like to buy a set if anyone has extras to sell ---- saw them on Ebay but they werent a complete set. GLV

Not sure who selected the pictures for the card set but who ever did couldn't have picked a worse picture of melissa... got a million better pictures of her on file at UT and some idiot picks that one... who ever it was ... it was just plain WRONG!

She is off balance, reaching for and fouling off a low outside pitch... just saying.... why not pick one of her home run swing or at least one she made solid contact... still kind of upset over that one!

They had a very limited number of cards and they went out to the fans in attendance during the Ole Miss series.

Those cards went quickly to mostly children... my wife and I gave our set ( we are a player's parent... Melissa Davin) to a coach of a 8 and under softball team at the game who was very thankful because not every kid on the 8u team got cards.

My daughter hit two homeruns in the Saturday game against Ole Miss with 5 RBI that day... a fan retrieved one of the home run balls and returned it to us (Kind Gesture)... we promptly gave it to Melissa and asked her to sign it.... and she also had the entire team sign it.... She also wrote on it....

OLE Miss
2 home runs
5 RBI

and we gave it to long time Lady Vol Fan..... The Sand Man this past weekend at the Regional.

Go Lady Vols!!

There is none for sale of Shelby's walk off homerun... the pictures are taken by UT photographers and are only done at a few of the lady Vol home games... not every one..

There are a lot of player pics for sale on the UT softball web site or just follow the link provided above or below.... there is the photo gallery list by date/game opponent... you can go back to any game this year or there are pics for previous years.

If you follow the link and scroll through the games & pics... you may find a picture you may want to purchase.... here, I will even do some of the work for you...

There is a UT photographer at every home game, but the SEC or host school provides photographers for SEC Championships other than football and basketball.

I'll say UT is lucky, most schools only send a photographer to 1-2 games a year for non-revenue sports, UT has someone at every home game for every sport.

So there may still be hope of finding a photo of the walk off HR ? - cant remember who was the host of that game -- I can look it up later I have the footage from ESPN somewhere

Just a guess but the cards missing are of the 4 seniors. They gave those out a few weeks earlier. I have the complete set but don't have a camera good enough right now to take pics of them with. sorry

didnt see Ivy in the ones on Ebay -- is she in the set ?
