Softball splits doubleheader with Georgia

Last night the lady vols lost a heartbreaker to Georgia the 1st game 3-1 in 11 innings. But the lady vols came back and won game 2 2-1. Ellen pitched the 1st game, Ivy pitched the 2nd game. Ivy is getting a lot better every game.

Ellen pitched an almost perfect game until the last batter in the ninth. She should not have pitched so directly at their best power hitter. I watched the second game on replay, and Ivy does look good. She also pitches good

This team has more power than I remember in the past. A lot less slap hitters (which I think is a good thing). They might be a dangerous team come tournament time.

Yeah the Renfroe sisters are pretty good looking ;) but yes, this team is dangerous, they haven't played their best ball yet either. That's about to happen soon too
