What is the best way to get there from downtown?

It looks like Chapman, but down Alcoa is also an option.

I would go Alcoa to John Sevier... Chapman gets backed up really fast.

I'd take Alcoa Hwy to the John Sevier (Mouse's Ear South) then turn right on Coatney when the signs say SDHS. Go Mountaineers.

Thats what I was looking for...couldn't decide which would have more traffic.
