I saw Maryville was ranked in the top 20 in the nation on espn. Is there quarterback or any other kids being recruited by the Vols?

I know Aaron Douglas has committed to the Vols. Not sure about any others.

Their QB i think is borderline D1, as well as Shiver one of their receivers. Alcoa is young and down as much as Alcoa can be lol, but Maryville is Maryville so I expect them to take care of business.

Unless we see onside kicks after a score in the first or second quarter this year this game will be much closer than you think. 1-2 more years and Coach Rankin team will have everyone scared to play them. Might not happen this year but mark my words. Last year Alcoa Junior High 50 Maryville Junior High 0.

Score for this game:

Alcoa 27
Maryville 28

Douglas looked really good. he'll never be a TE at UT though IMO. Randall Cobb, the UK signee for Alcoa, couldn't hit the broad side of a barn if he was locked inside it
