When I first heard about this, I was mostly shocked this was the first time I could remember this happening. I'm honestly surprised it doesn't happen more often.

Work with him on his technique so he doesn't hold every time, like he did the ref, and he could be an asset.

Should encourage the refs to get it right. Surprised it doesn't happen with more frequency.
