USC Halloween Prank

Anybody see on Sportcenter what Pete Carroll and Lendale White pulled as a Halloween prank? Pretty darn funny...

They convinced the team that Lendale White was quitting the team and even had him get into a couple of coaches faces (that weren't in on the joke). Carroll even went so far as to have a team meeting to discuss White quitting the team. During the meeting that was held out on the practice field, White suddenly appeared at the top of a building adjacent to the practice field and began yelling like a complete fool. Somebody else who was in on the joke appeared beside White and began wrestling with him to get him off the ledge of the building. Then they went out of view for a second and an obvious dummy dressed up as Lendale White was thrown off the side of the building.

I heard about it... it didn't seem that funny to me. Must've been one of those things you had to be there for or at least see on film to appreciate the hilarity of it.

I thought it was pretty funny. They've earned themselves the right to have a good time and enjoy it.

The only thing that would have been funnier is if Reggie Bush were pushing him off ala pushing Leinart into the endzone.
