Pontiac Game Changing Performances

Has anyone noticed that these aren't really game changing performances. I consider a game changing performance a big play you make like an interception or something like that that you make when you are down a couple of scores and your back is against a wall that turns the game around. A game changing performance is not a TD pass the last play of the game. If we would have beaten UGA this year then Wade's INT should have been a game changing performance. This has annoyed me since they started this and wanted to get it off my chest.

I also dont think that the 1st TD of a game is a game changing performance like Bama's TD's against USC and UF. Now the fumble that Harper caused is a game changing performance.

Well Pro's catch against UF was on the first play of the game, but Brown's catch and run against USC was on the second drive of the game. And then there's Pro's catch against USM which DEFINITELY was a game changing performance. Bama probably would've lost that game if he didn't make that catch at the end of the half. I also guarantee that Roman's forced fumble wins tonight which will give Bama 4 PGCP this season. I'm so proud. :bow:

a game changing performance can come at anytime and it doesnt have to be a TD....its anything that turns the game around....a big D stop a long return a deep ball or anything of that magnitude

Yeh, it's usually some stupid play that didn't change the outcome at all. A game changing performance should be a play that turns a game's momentum around.
