I'm undecided, but if they play in the NC what a game it would be.

u cant really ask "that" question. what u should of asked is, "does texas deserve to be above usc."

and that answer is hell no.

Texas is a better team and if/when they get to the title game, texas will win

Hm... I think USC beats Texas straight-up. I know SC doesn't have a great pass defense like last season, but they are decent and Texas isn't too great of a pass threat anyhow. I think they would be able to contain Vince and Selvin Young to a reasonable amount as well. As for USC's offense vs. the Texas defense, THAT should be a matchup for the ages.

But, I don't really care which order they are in because #1 and #2 will be playing eachother at the year's end anyhow.

USC is the best team in the nation. Anyone that doesn't think so is just plain wrong. They have been the best and are the best and will continue to be the best...
The fact that Texas is ranked #1 and USC #2 doesn't matter because the top 2 play so it will be decided then.
