That's now the second time that an English team has won the CL and not finished top-4 in the league that same year. Too bad they amended the rules last time with Liverpool, otherwise the EPL would have had 5 teams in CL next season. | |

He may truly not be the best option going forward, but that team was dead in the water in late-February, and he lead them to both an FA Cup and Champions League title. It was like a night and day difference once he took over. | |

When you boil it all down, Chelsea is simply a better team than tottenham. And they did just win the European cup. Nuff said IMO. | |
