Agreed on the Shark
Looks like marrying Chirs Everett's knocked the rust off
I'd like to see him win it

| It's the feel good Open Championship.
Norman leading after day 2 with Rocco, Duval and Furyk close behind. Mickelson, Els & Co most likely headed to the showers early.
Very interesting weekend coming. |

Very interesting weekend coming. | Yup. It will be interesting to see if Norman and Duval, in particular, can keep playing this well after 36. |

| I was a tad premature. Looks like KJ got it together and is threatening to make this a LPGA major.
How about what Camilo did? |

Looking forward to the Sunday dash to the jug... |

I haven't seen any of today's coverage, but it apparently got quite a bit easier for the late crowd today. Must have had most of the holes playing downwind, where they played upwind yesterday. |

| K.J. Choi's got a ton of game and has played all over the world for a long time; I'm not surprised to see him winning. The Norman thing is completely bizarre. Sometimes, though, when you have no expectations, you have no self-induced pressure, and that's when you play your best. He can still strike it well, not as long as he used to be, but holy crap, with the putter so far he's absolutely unconscious... and then there's the incredible bunker play. Great story. I'm rooting for him. He's thrown away a few majors, but he's also had a few literally stolen from him (Larry Mize, Bob Tway), so maybe this is his chance at a little payback? |
