looking forward to the 2010 World Cup. | Agree 100%. I am huge Germany fan of course but the Germans were so out of synch today. Some days are just like that. Spain deserved to win.

| Nice goal by Torres. Definitely the type of goal he scored all year at Liverpool. He had at least two other chances that I thought were going to be in, but the luck didn't turn for him.
On the goal he did score, it was amazing how he got around Lahm. Lahm is one of the quicker players on the Germany side, but he looked to be in slow-mo as Torres pushed around him. |

Torres played it beautifully and chipped it over a slow Lehman.

Just one of several times in the tourney he made a mental error. But the control Torres had on that chip was amazing

The key for me is Lionel Messi. I think he is one of the better players in the world. He will be 22 when the next world cup starts. I think he has potential to be as good or close to as good as Diego Maradona, who has named Messi his successor.

| FOX Sports on MSN - SOCCER - Fans clash as West Ham United beats Crew 3-1 Quote:
COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - A halftime brawl between more than 100 fans marred an exhibition match Sunday between West Ham United of the English Premier League club and the MLS' Columbus Crew.
The fights, which overshadowed West Ham United's 3-1 win, began when a handful of West Ham supporters, some wearing the team's claret and blue colors, entered the northeast corner of the stadium where the Crew's most boisterous supporters typically gather.
Crew supporters began directing chants toward the rival fans, and fights quickly broke out between more than 100 Crew fans and at least 30 West Ham fans. Columbus police officers and Crew Stadium security staff eventually separated the groups.
| 30 vs. 100? I bet the English Soccer Hooligans beat the snot out of the Buckeye soccer fans.
