| Good to see Germany win. This wasn't the David vs Goliath match up people say it is. Turkey isn't just a one trick Cinderella IMO. They finished third in the world 2002 losing only to champs Brazil.

| Spain Russia should be an interesting rematch tomorrow. I think Spain wins, but I doubt the margin is like the first game.

| Russia didn't put up much of a fight after Spain's first goal.
Spain vs. Germany in the finals. That should be a really good match. I'm looking forward to it.

| Yeah it's going to be a great game.
I got to attend the Italy - USA game during the 2006 World cup and just fell in love with the sport.
I missed the euros by 2 weeks. That would have been fun as well |

| Good game. Spain was by far the better team today. And that is without David Villa.

| Germany looked like they had no idea what they were doing. It was a pathetic effort and you'd have thought the score would have been far worse (it almost was on a few occasions).
looking forward to the 2010 World Cup.

| I think the early favorite from Europe is Spain for FIFA 2010. Italy and France will have a new set of players, and Germany is aging. The early favorite is likely one of the South American teams.

| i've heard people talk about Argentina as the early favorite. i don't know much about them, or most of South America outside of Brazil. |

| Argentina is currently the number 1 team in the world rankings, and has several really good players, Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano, and others, but they didn't really impress me when they played the US to a 0-0 draw about a month ago. Good job by Spain though, they were clearly the best team over the course of the tournament and deserved to win. They totally dominated Germany, I don't think there was a single time in the game where Germany truly came close to getting a goal, and in the final 15 minutes they couldn't even get posession of the ball. |
