Why would a thread about a sport be moved to the Pub? Come on now BPV. It's OK to not like the game but let's not get ridiculous here. I'm sure there's many here who feel about golf the same as you do about soccer.

I played four years of soccer in high school. I have a good respect for the game.

they are but I also love to watch teams like Germany that are so rigid in their play. The difference between them and the free-wheeling S. American teams is amazing. Both get it done but in such different ways.

You know, most people stay out of threads that don't interest them. I don't think I've ever entered the MLB or nascar forums simply for that very reason. The trolling attempt by you and TVA is just ridiculous.

VERY TRUE, Brazil is flashy and the Germans are disciplined.

when I was done playing I had about 15 jerseys. I had some very cool ones but most of mine were the basic Adidas ones that I found at TJ Maxx of all places. We used to do a kids keeper camp every summer and gave them out as prizes too.

Speaking of soccer, the U.S. has three very difficult friendlies in the next few weeks: England, Spain, and Argentina.
