I went to the game last night.I had a blast exept for the people that did'nt wear any deodorant!!WHEW!!Any way the team looked really good and I'm amazed at the speed we have!!! :rocks: :beer:

not a fan of soccer at all but i did watch it tho... wasnt it in bama??? reckon thats y it smelled so bad...

They played a whole lot differently against Guatamala than they played against Mexico. If they had played that aggressively at the Azteca they probably would have won. Eddie Johnson is the man!!

The US team actually being decent at world soccer... That's nice for a change.

Ya it is. In one of the more recent FIFA world rankings the US was ranked #10 in the world. This country has made some amazing strides in the sport in just the last 20 years.

Way to go Team USA! I love soccer, both playing (although it's been a while) and watching. The World Cup is great.

Want to do something entertaining? Watch a World Cup game with your in-law Grandmother who just happens to be German and speaks no English. You think WE'RE passionate abouth sports? You ain't seen nothing yet.

Soccer hooligans = biggest sports fans in the world. Absolutely no contest. Tennessee vs. Alabama doesn't hold a candle to Ireland vs. Scotland.
