Hey HAT! I have a b-ball question or two.

#1 How strong do you think the Big 12 is this year so far?

#2 Should I be concerned about my Aggies dropping 2 road games recently and dropping off in the bottom half of the top 20?

#3 How close is this Baylor game tonight going to be? The average over 80 per game in scoring and hold to an Average of 66- on D.

thanks and gig em'.

1. There's a big dropoff after Kansas. Texas is pretty good. After that, I'm not sure there's a massive difference 3-12.
2. It's only a concern if they keep playing that way on the road. It's not that they lost those two games, it's that they got beaten handily by two teams nobody is going to confuse with '92 Duke.
3. Baylor is good. They haven't played the most taxing schedule, so their numbers are a bit deceiving. Classic matcup of a perimeter oriented team versus an inside dominated one. Should be a quality game.

Many ag faithful, including myself, feel certain that this year'steam will be in the top 2 by the end of confrence behind Kansas. In short, we are giving very little consideration to the fact that the sips in Steerville have a shot at beating us, either at their place or ours. Is that too arrogant.

Also, any thoughts on Turgeon? So far he looks pretty sharp while Billy had really just made a dent at KU last night. Not a bad replacement imo.

Being dismissive of Texas isn't really wise. Turgeon's a solid coach. I don't think he's in Gillispie's league, but he'll do alright.

Duke, Kentucky and UCLA run a close race in that regard.

Im maintaining my position on the sips allthough it is not as arrogant as others I know. Durant is gone and as long as Carter plays rythmic, we are passed them. The posts will handle their end and our freshman phenom will have more experience by the time we face them. In short, 2nd in the confrence is realistic. No more losses to Bobby 900 and other middle of the pack programs like K-state.

Half court seats for tonight's game v Baylor. I hope for a good game, but the right outcome.

and ps, Kentucky has some pretty cocky fans imo.

Its on Robbins. I would be more worried if they played Memphis.

Man can you see that match up, Joey Dorsey vs. Dwight Howard? I like Joey, like the way he plays, nice guy and everything but that would be crazy.

FV, Well, just got home from the FXF and I have to give to your team bro. They beat the crap out of my Grizz. Turkoglu and Howard had a good game. Maybe next time no wait, maybe next year we get the W.
