Florida goes undefeated and wins the NC. Tennessee wins them all except the Florida game and gets an at large bid to the SugarBowl where they stomp on a midmajor who went undefeated and made it to a BCS bowl. Tennessee will have the best defense in the SEC.

UT upsets UF in K'ville to win the SEC East, and beats Auburn for the SEC title. UF loses to UT, UGA and is upset by fsu, and ends up in a minor bowl.

In the first game of the year against Hawaii, Tebow runs around the corner, out of bounds, and right over June Jones.

| Florida handles UT next year, in all probability. Think about it -- Florida has almost everyone of significance back and you lose your senior leader QB. Florida's defense should be markedly improved. Florida will finally have a true RB to add to the weaponry.
They beat you this year by a lopsided score (that may have been exaggerated by the letdown factor once the game was out of reach for UT). Anything can happen and none of us knows what the injury factor will be or how the new QB will play, but projecting now that UT will beat UF simply makes no sense.

I agree with law, anything can happen, but projecting UT to beat Florida right now makes no sense. Florida was better than UT this year, they have all the parts that beat UT back, and UT must replace the most important position on the field.

Exactly. By mid-August I am sure people will have come up with some legitimate grounds to argue that UT ought to fare better against UF than this year, some of which may be accurate and some of which will be the product of wishful thinking.
But, at this point in time, other than noting home field advantage, pretty much every other grounds listed as a reason to be hopeful for UT would be wishful thinking.
