Downey's a nice player. Unfortunately for the Gamecocks, he only fills the void left by Tre Kelley's departure.
There's really not much improvement on this roster from the team they had last year.

With all of Georgia's problems in the early part of this year, they have a good shot of getting out of the SEC East cellar though.

Good win for the Gamecocks. If they're going to have any success this year, they've got to beat teams like Penn State.
