| Gator Bball team Before I go into the state of affairs in Gainesville, allow me first to pay proper homage to the UT bball team which is certainly living up to all of the hype. I'm looking forward to our games coming up in early February and early March, though more in the vein of going to a car race to see the wreck than anything else.
Gators are 3-0 right now against a slate of pretty bad teams. Thank God we stayed away from the A-10 as this team gets its sea legs.
But the next 10 days will give us a better idea of what this new roster will bring for Florida this year. We face two undefeated teams in that time in Rutgers and FSU. They've not played anybody, either, and I don't know a whole lot about Rutgers but FSU should be at least a decent team and no worse than a middle of the pack ACC team.
An intriguing time for Gator bball fans. From winning two NCAA tourneys (the second of which we were on the map the whole way) and now we have a whole new group of guys.
Recruiting reports are outstanding, by the way, so don't expect us to be down for too long! |

| Well I have said this to you before football season started LG, but I can't take another national championship from a Florida team for another 50 years!!! Okay maybe I didn't say 50, just another year, but lets just go for that. Football is now out Now we just need to work on basketball, I don't think that will be a problem this year.
On a side note, I would like to see how Florida plays without all of their overly cocky guys, to see how well they will bounce back with losses to the team. |

| LG, were you a J. Noah fan while he was there? That guy really, really, really, got on my nerves. From his appearance, style of play, comments, attitude....everything. I just really disliked that guy and usually I can pull for individuals on teams that I really dont care to pull for. But that Florida team was lead by that guy which made it impossible. Your thoughts?

| He was cocky as hell, but one heckuva basketball player and the emotional get-up-and-go of a two time national champion team. You might not want to invite him to your house for dinner, but you have to respect his ability. |

| I would love to have him as a player, on one condition. (He NEVER spoke). His ability and talent are through the ceiling no question. Just wished he'd shut up.

| EA sports had him on a list the 50 best college players of all time. That kind of stuff makes me sick. |

| I actually like Noah a lot. I don't quite get why people hate him so much.
Is it his hair? The fact that he's got French blood? That he cares about winning? That he plays for Florida? That he doesn't respect George W. Bush? That he likes to party? |
