Should SEC get rid of Ole Miss?

With Ole Miss not winning a conference game this year and barely winning at home against a division II team Saturday, is it time to ask them to leave. I was in Atlanta today and there was some discussion in the talk radio land of whether replacing them with Texas or Texas A&M would help boost the conference. Natural rivalries with LSU and Arkansas, added media markets which would enhance recruiting even more for the entire conference.

That is absurd. No way in hell Texas leaves the Big 12.

No, everyteam goes through it's cycles. They deserve this after firing Cut, they've never been proven winners but at least then, they made bowl games.

Baylor, Northwestern, Nebraska, to name a few. There are just times when it works out like that

Ole Miss & Mississippi State are staples.

We need more weak sisters in the SEC or our division champs are all gonna have 3 or 4 losses

Whatever.

From 1997 to 2002 they went to bowl games and in 2003 they won a share of the West title.

I'd say since then they've sucked, but 15 years is stretching it.

Also in 1959, 1960 and 1962 they were national champions.
