| Charles Barkley slams Auburn today
I live in Birmingham and work w/bunch of Auburn and Alabama season tickets holders and supporters. At lunch today on a local Birmingham radio sports talk show, Sir Charles Barkley really slammed his alma mater. Said they would always been second-rate to Alabama, just like Okla. State, Texas A&M, and UCLA. Said when people say they have beat the bammers 4 straight, he says "so what, how many national championships has Auburn won in past 10yrs? None, same as Bama. Said Tubby would not go to Texas A&M and play second fiddle to Texas, same thing as happening at Auburn. Said he didn't know bama had won so many national championships, but recently found out and said Auburn was a joke to compare.
I told Auburn guys with me that would be like Peyton Manning saying those things about UT or Namath about
Ala. This guy has his jersey retired at Auburn!!!  |

| Sounds crazy since he has stated in the past he would like to run for Gov. Sounds like he's changed his mind or just has a big mouth which we all no he does. | |

| Well he still donates tons of money to the school so he can slam it all he wants he also is on the sidelines for a lot of games
