A conversation on FSR this afternoon got me thinking--we could be looking at half of the coaches in the west next year being new faces, and their are several other positions in the conference that are less than solid as we move into the second half of the season.

Coach O is probably out at Ole Miss after this year.

Nutt's britches have got to be warm in Arkansas.

Francione is going to be out at A&M, and Tubberville is rumored to be the leading candidate to replace him. With his troubled history at Auburn, it isn't a stretch to think he could be gone as well.

Croom's better than expected start may save him for another year, but with games left against WVU, KY, Bama, and Arkansas before he gets to the Egg Bowl, his season could get a lot worse pretty quickly.

There is a 30% chance Saban will leave wherever he is every year.

That doesn't even touch the east, where Fulmer's situation has been well documented, Spurrier is approaching retirement age, Rich Brooks just celebrated his 92nd birthday, and Richt may jump ship for FSU if Bowden ever retires.

At any rate, the SEC could have a lot of different faces over the next few seasons, with several of the changes happening as soon as next year.
