| Big East= Overrated After this weekend, it is apparent the Big East was overrated as usual. By the end of the regular season, the team that wins the Big EAst will be ranked no higher than #15 and will get another BCS bowl berth.
There should be no rankings until the middle of October.
West Virginia was overrated. Louisville was overrated. Rutgers was overrated. USF might be good enough to be #15 |

| I don't think this goes here, but I completely agree! I don't like how the Big East gets talked up so much and then nothing ever comes of it.
USF has been one of my fav teams for the past few years though, go go Bulls! |

West Virginia just played one of the best defenses in the country on Friday night. It also didn't help their cause when Pat White left with a bruised thigh in the first half. Rutgers and Louisville were overrated, South Florida, West Virginia and Cincinnati were not. South Florida and West Virginia are 3-0 in SEC action the last three years. Additionally, the entire Big East was 5-0 in bowl games this past season. Some could argue that the Big East might be the third best conference in the country right now.

Plus, Louisville and Rutgers were the highlights of that schedule.
How hard is it to win when you play the worst teams in the nation? |

They may be the third best conference, but no team in that league is worthy of being #5. |

| As time goes on, Louisville may have a few problems with their success, and West Virginia may have similar issues. However, Rutgers and to a much larger degree USF will be mainstays on the college football scene for a while now due to improved recruiting.
In a few years, USF could have the most talent in the state. |
