The Citadel and Wisconsin are tied 21-21 right now... what is it with the BIG 10?

| Penn State is the real deal though they should win it in a walk.
OSU has some problems scoring but that D is good as ever
Michigan State is solid
and Purdue will beat ND by 3 tds | |
