Joe Lee Dunn

Is it just me, or was it fun to watch Miss. St. when this guy was still the D. Coordinator. He was a heck of a tactician, and aggressive as hell. I'd love to have him replace Chavis. What do you think of the guy?

The guy is a genius. He's also supposedly a really strange dude. That's probably is one of the contributing factors to him having had so many different jobs.

from what a few Miss St fans have told me, 'really strange' is being very generous.

He's coaching at Ridgeway High School in Memphis. He refuses to recruit and the reason he's been to so many places is everyone figures out his scheme and he won't adjust (have I heard that somewhere before?)

NO WAY!!! No Joe Lee Dunn!

He blitzes with no purpose. It's ridiculous.
He has no clue.
He's probably the most over rated coordinator in history.

Some teams have an actual scheme and there's a timing to when they blitz and when they don't, who they blitz, and who doesn't....
Joe Lee just blitzes with no purpose or timing at all...it's just reckless and stupid

Perhaps that's why he's enjoyed some success. The first thing you learn in game theory is to make yourself as irrational as possible. I.e., people can't prepare for, negotiate with, or anticipate anything that a two-year-old or a thunderstorm will do, so be as much like them as you can.
