WFU's Skip Prosser died

This is such a sad story to hear.. Wake Forest was my second favorite sport school behind UT.. Skip just died while jogging..
and they even had the #1 recruiting class for 2008 with having three five stars already committed.. This news is just sooo terrible.. he was a great coach..

Seems like a lot of coaches going down recently. Think it's the stress or something?

On Catspause there are already threads asking if Wake's commitments for next year would decommit and go to Kentucky.

Talk about classless.

I am a Wake fan, I wasn't huge on Prosser, but it is still a sad day for the program.

It's way too early to tell. A lot rides on how much his assistants played a role in recruiting and whether or not they stick around. It's pretty late in the game for a coaching search so I wouldn't be surprised to see one of them named the new head coach, in that scenario I think there is a decent chance they stay. On the other hand, Aminu has strong ties to GTech, so I think we will know where we stand with him soon.

all right thanks.. thats what i was thinking too.. I kno that Skips main assisstant plays a HUGE role in recruiting and all the kids love him.. so i wouldnt mind to see hem slide up to the head coaching spot because i have a feeling that the recruits are very fond of him as well..
I can see Ty Walker staying anyhow.. He is good friends with the teamates allready..
i dont kno too much about Tony Woods though..
But i do know that Aminu does have a brother who plays for G. Tech so i really hope he doesnt go there..
