Well, it's cool.. we can all believe what we want. He's no angel... I wouldn't expect him to be, but I have no reason to believe he's a first class jerk. He always seems to get along with the other golfers, I never see any bad body language.. they all talk and joke around with him. Certain other golfers seem to be at odds with someone different everytime you turn around, and if you don't know who I'm talking about.. then you don't watch golf. Phil is my favorite player, I enjoy watching him play golf, listening to him speak.. I just enjoy him in general, I guess. That's not about to change, I'm more than satisfied with my choice of golfer.

Who do they consider to be the more genuine guys out there, what you see is what you get, and who are the tour favorites among the guys on tour?

I'm betting all of this has been answered in the big golf thread... but I'm about 900 posts behind and don't feel like digging.

Why are you asking him? You won't get fact.. you'll just get someone's opinion. You need to form your own opinion on stuff, not go by what someone else says.

I know, but I'm just curious who the pros consider. I'll still think about the individual players what I want and I still like Mickelson just as much, just curious is all.

I think Mickelson probably is a nice guy just like 90% of the guys on Tour, but has reputation for always trying to be the smartest guy in every room. Often times during interviews you find yourself thinking, "Man he likes to hear himself speak."

Laura has a point, so I'll keep what I know to myself.

I actually like Phil as a player because he's aggressive and always seems to be the underdog. He has a very endearing frailty about his game that makes him easy to root for. Watching him with a lead is akin to watching the Vols and dreading the prevent. You sorta know the 3 jacks are coming, but you root like heck that they don't.
