If you could coach any team, in any sport, college or professional (other than UT athletics) what team would it be?

The Detroit Lions. I couldn't be any worse, and I'm guaranteed a gig for at least 3 or 4 years too long.

And you could pull at least a coordinator job elsewhere afterwards. Still pays decent.

I'd coach the Cleveland Cavaliers. It's pretty clear King James is the coach of that team right now, and that Brown just sits back and collects a decent paycheck.

That's my lazy answer.

My real answer is UCLA football. It's a fantastic school with decent facilities, a great talent pool in California, and a university, boosters and fan base apathetic enough that they won't crucify you for messing up.

I don't think you could get through the press conference without grabbing somebody's behind.

I would say Miami or USC too. The recruits basically fall in your lap and the media loves you.

Send a message via Yahoo to jakez4ut
i would have liked to have coached any of the following teams:

92 cowboys
96 bulls
99 yankees?

did those teams really need a coach? it would have just been fun watching, and collecting a big pay check.
