| UNC's Hansboro hurt, Duke player suspended Did aybody watch the UNC- Duke game earlier today? The Heels took it to the Dookies pretty good and in the last minute Duke's Gerald Henderson elbowed Hansboro in the face hard. It was the most vicious and flagrant assault on BB court I've seen in a while. The refs ejected him and suspended him for one game. Poor old Hansboro was a bloody mess. He tried to mix it with Henderson afterward but the UNC coaches and the refs held him off. They're afraid his nose is broken and it might hurt his play in the ACC tournamnet.
Boy, are the Heels fans PO'd. (I would be, too!) Suggested reading after you get through on VOLNATION boards----go over to Carolina Blue and pick on Carolina Radar message board. They really love Billy Packer over there. |

| yea i bet. I also heard during comments after the game Coach K said that Tyler should of never been in the game anyways. That cheap shop just took the Duke vs UNC rivalry to a whole new level.

| The fact that the assault was on a North Carolina player means it was an act that should be commended, not punished. Gerald Henderson is now one of my favorite players. |

| Henderson should be simultaneously awarded a purple heart while being prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
