| They are in first in the West by a point over Detroit. And yes they have a legitimate chance. Whoever makes the playoffs has a legit chance. | |

| my dad is a die hard redwings fan and he even sports a redwings logo on the front of his truck and it's funny cause he lives in tennessee and he is an English man and probably knows more about hockey than alot of americans. He loves his hockey. | |

| Actually it separates the wheat from the chaff... without the regular season teams like LA would be "in the playoffs." | |
