When Dan told him that was blatantly homophobic, Tim replied with "I hate gay people." He went on to say that he doesn't think they should be allowed in America. |

| Given the substantial gay populations in the Bay Area and Miami, I can't imagine how miserable Tim must have been playing most of his career with the Warriors and Heat. That is comparable to someone who believes in Prohibition living in Dublin or someone who detests gambling living in Las Vegas. |

Tim has the rep in South Beach as the kind of guy who demands total VIP treatment when he comes to a club. My guess is he made sure security shielded him from those he says he detests. |
