South Carolina just beat Mississippi State in Starkville, 66-63 . They were point 12 underdogs. I guess that NIT 3-peat isn't out of reach just yet.

I honestly thought that we had a legitimate chance at goin 0-fer in the conference this year, but this makes for a 2-game winning streak.

USC would only be 1/2 game back in the West right now..East is tearing it up.

The State paper had a big article yesterday about how ridiculous it is for Carolina to play in such a huge arena. They are lucky to get 6,000 fans for a game this year with a seating capacity of 18,000. It's great for concerts, etc. It would be a great place to play basketball as long as you're winning. It's hard to argue with the writer when he calls The Colonial Center "a $60 Million Mistake."

I don't know, those front row/center court seats I had one time weren't all that bad...........

Yeah . . . it was a real friggin' joy to sit next to you in the front row of the student section as Buzz Peterson led us to a 20 point defeat.

When I went down for the football game in November, someone let us in the O'Connell Center to look around. It sure is a nice facility. I don't know how old it is, but it's cool on the inside.
