SEC vs The rest of the NCAA

Im a huge UT fan and I'm tired of the SEC vs Big 10 crap. All I ever here is that if the SEC is such a good conference, why don't they make it to the championship game on a consistent basis. Well that would be because it is an overall tough conference. Has any other conference ever had 9 bowl teams? Here is another stat for the SEC, that you will never see on TV. Of the past 15 national championships, how many do the SEC own.......5!! OK, thats a good one. How many national championship games has the SEC lost in the past 15 years...........NONE!! There is only one other conference that has as many national championships in the past 15 years as the SEC, know who? One hint.. it isn't the Big 10. Just a little venting, have fun with that!!

If you extend it all the way to 1990 Colorado has won a title too.

Actually it is 4.5 for each conference with all the split voting and you are correct on the other conference. All OU and UN. While the SEC is 4 deep in championships. Yes Colorado won in 1990, but wasn't that a split with GT? I'm to lazy to look. Also I'm not trying to put any conference down, just trying to prove a valid point......................WHICH IS, the Big 10 vs SEC battle is old and maybe it should be SEC vs BIG 12.

PS...One Texas win for BIG 12

Please don't count splits as half. It insults both teams involved. I do think the SEC is the best conference this year and has been this decade.
