| Meyer and the Irish Look for Charlie Weis to move back to the NFL and Meyer to head to the Irish. When this happens-uncertain. Bottom line this will happen and it comes from rumblings deep, deep in South Bend. |

| Charlie hasnt won a big game for the Irish and his calling is the NFL, not college. Then the Golden Domers are going after Meyer. I am not saying this is going to happen this year, but tab this thread. For when it happens, you read it hear first. |

| The NFL is a different animal than college. Weis experience is in the NFL, not college. I believe that it is a better fit for him than college. IMO
For NFL coaches going to college-they have to recruit the players and then once they recruit them they have to keep them out of trouble. Something they are not used to. Carroll is the only coach that I know off hand that has had success making the transition.
College to NFL-Guys used to teaching are now faced with million dollar attitudes. Only Switzer and Johnson (I believe) are the only two college coaches that have had success in the NFL (SBC).
How crowded is Gatlinburg today with the opening back up of the slopes?

Meyer has done nothing to merit the latter, everything to earn the former. |

Predictions/Rumors that seem ridiculous usually are
Unless you know the coach or have some sort connection on the inside you are usually wrong
People on this board will generally berate and make fun of you when you post thing like this
