I'm too much of a hockey noob to have an educated opinion. Is Chicago the favorite, or no?

Hawks are the favorite, but it's pretty even. I'll take the depth and experience, and all the assorted cliches about goaltending.

Hoping for a fun series, Tampa has a bright future ahead, provided Stamkos doesn't go back home after next season.

Tough? I'd say pretty close to devastating. They thoroughly outplayed Chicago for 50 minutes. Now game 2 is pretty much a must win.

Every break in the action that isn’t monopolized by Pierre McGuire telling you what type of shampoo Carl Hagelin uses is now just an opportunity to show you who Tom Hanks is sitting with or that Liev Schreiber is in the house.
