Kobe Bryant #24

I was watching highlights of the Lakers on ESPN the other day and noticed that Kobe was wearing #24 and I was at the mall on Friday and seen a #24 Lakers jersey with Bryant on the back. Does anyone know why he switched numbers?

The story I heard was that he wore 24 in High School but switched to 33 sometime later on. He couldn't wear that number in LA because that was Kareem Abdul_Jabbar's number, so he took the number 8. No idea though why he is switching now.

I'm not a Kobe fan, but I think he got railroaded BAD. the girl went to his room, he put it in "a very uncomfortable place" without express written consent, she goes out bragging, and one of her friends says "he didn't ASK you to do that? Girl, you gotta get Paid"

and there you have it.

is he a penis wrinkle? yep. did he ruin his franchise? yep. but a rapist? I don't think so.

which is part of the reason he changed. it is an image makeover. he losts most all of his sponsors, his jersey sales were down and now everyone has to go back and get the correct kobe jersey, his dad's number, and he can "start over". do you hear that sound? it's the sound of cash registers going ca-ching for kobe.
