New football stadium approved for ETSU

An $18 million football stadium for East Tennessee State University has been approved by the Tennessee State Building Commission, according to Lt. Gov. Ron Ramsey.:thumbsup:

I'm supposing it will take 2-3 years for them to get a team ready. Proabably looking at the end of the decade, 2017 or 2018 before a tean is fielded.
