| All I have to say is.......... NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a game. Just got home. Yet another moral victory/gut wrenching defeat.
We played out of our minds. Syvelle Newton looked like a man on a mission. The defense played their hearts out.
Anyway, just thought I'd make a quick post from the game. |

| VERY nice effort. I think Usc is heading in the right direction. Newton is going to be tough for anyone to defend. Good luck the rest of the year. |

I'm sure no one feels worse today than Jared Cook (#82, TE that had the ball in both hands at the goal line).
Ugh.
I need another . |

| The onside kick was the call of the game.
I don't like Tubby, but I have to give him props on that one. |

| SC's stock rose greatly in the Auburn game, and no more in the eyes of your next SEC opponent.
See ya next week at the Litterbox. |

See ya next week at the Litterbox. | I can't remember the last time the Carolina vs. Kentucky game in Lexington wasn't a barn burner. We turned the ball over a bunch up there in '04. Troy Williamson had to go 10 feet in the air in the back of the end-zone for a TD to win that game late in the 4th. I think I'll try to make the trip in 2 years. I've heard it's a great time.
How's Mr. Woodson doing? Sounds like the Cats are a much improved team. I still can't believe Rafael Little didn't get a lot of attention from the in-state schools here in SC. He's a player. |

He's a player. | André Woodson has developed into a mature, defense-reading QB. He has 14 TD passes (2nd in the nation) and only 2 INTs. He's not mobile, but thanks to former Tennessee assistant RANDY SANDERS, he's developed a real leadership role.
Raffy is incredible. The Cats landed him thanks to Joker Phillips' (UK's OC) contacts in SC. He's been somewhat hampered by injuries this year, but should be good to go on Saturday night.
I'm looking forward to this one. It's make-or-break time for the Cats. Quote:

The SC defense will be on par with Louisville's especially against the run. It will also be interesting to see how UK's defense responds to a running QB. I predict a low scoring game. |
